WHAT WE DO
We use a proprietary closed-loop hydrocarbon extraction system, specifically employing Propane Hash Oil (PHO) processing instead of traditional butane or ethanol methods. This approach offers several key advantages:
Superior Purity: PHO extraction operates at lower temperatures, preserving more terpenes and cannabinoids while minimizing the extraction of undesirable compounds like chlorophyll. This results in a cleaner, more flavorful concentrate.
Enhanced Terpene Profile: The lower boiling point of propane allows for better retention of volatile terpenes, leading to a richer aroma and taste in the final product.
Improved Color and Quality: By avoiding the extraction of chlorophyll, PHO processing yields concentrates with better color and overall quality.
Minimal Residual Solvents: Our closed-loop system ensures that residual solvents are effectively purged, resulting in a safer and cleaner product.
